The owners moved me out of my motel room that had a kitchenette and I was paying $1200 monthly for a year. This is my permanent address to a room across from me with just a room no kitchen for $1500 If owner can accommodate 1 Tenate in a new room and add address. Little kitchen for there accommodation and pay less then $1500 why couldn't he do it for any other tenants who have been living there..he is being unfair and charging more. Resolution Sought I would like a kitchenette and let me pay the same amount as i was $1200. he has other tenants paying $1040. he had a for sure rent of $1200 with me.
