Hello this place towed my car i asked them to let me get my stuff from inside but they refused to give it to me and stole my valuables inside i whent today to try to get my stuff but they sold my car already i felt they made me do the complaint form just to let time pass i made a complaint form and they just tossed it in the trash....I went today to follow up and they told me to go talk to the cops I spoke to the cops and they said to talk to the better business biuro that they can't do anything .....I don't think it's fair they don't want to take responsibility Resolution Sought I want them to replace the my missing stuff and i feel there should be a investigation in to this business they are thieves and multiple people have complaint about the same thing in the it's not right they keep getting away with this

This issue was investigated by our fleet manager and the result was discussed with owner of vehicle. Unfortunately, they were not satisfied with it. Basically they want the tow service to purchase what they claim is missing.
