DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Placed an order. got order confirmation email. They took my money out of my account. TWO weeks later... and nothing. No order shipment or processing. I have emailed them twice and received automated canned responses that take the customer in a circuitous loop that repeats the same information that does NOT address ANY concern. They have had my money for two weeks now and I have NOTHING. Their customer service is JOKE... No phone number to contact them. No real person to talk to and NO real response to any email. Absolutely horrendous CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Do yourself a favor and go shop elsewhere
