Company states: Please note that we have called the complainant two times at the phone number indicated on the complaint. The times/dates were: 6/5/2024, 2:10pm. Our representative, Lori left a message. 6/10/2024, 2:00pm. Again, our representative, Lori, left a message. The complainant has not called us back to talk about this concern. On 6/11/24, our representative, Lori, sent an email to the customer. To date, we have not received an email back.

I placed an order with foot locker for 2 different men's pair of sneakers , I received the order last week Friday , as soon as I got the package I opened the box to realize both items did not come in, according to the receipt in the box it said both items were shipped I then went into my email to se if the other item was coming in a separate shipment but that was not the case it stated they were delivered . I immediately called and spoke to rep , I said I received my package but both items are not in the small box , the box is the size of one sneaker not enough room for 2 . I said I have cameras and pictures I can provide. A claim was submitted and I was told I needed to wait till Thursday 12/21 on Thursday I get an email from UPS stating claim for package not being delivered was completed and an email from foot locker saying claim denied as I received package. My initial complaint was not that I didn't get the package but that I did not receive both items in the order Resolution Sought I would like a refund for the sneakers I did not receive, the sneakers were a Christmas present to one of my sons and now I'm out of the money and no present for my son. This company is the worst to deal with I have never experienced such treatment and lack of customer service /resolution .
