On April 29,2025 at 1:18pm I returned a pair of shoes through UPS store to Champs which is associated with Footlocker I accept a older label from another return on package so I had a duplicate label but package was still sent out and when I contracted UPS I was told package was recieved by Footlocker on 05/01/2025 at 2:45pm on dock and it was for but I called Footlocker three times now and keep getting run around Resolution Sought I want my refund for my shoes I sent back I have proof of tracking receipt I sent back I should not have to go through so much trouble

Company states: Ariel placed order P7310958108338069504 on 4/15/25. The customer contacted us to return 2 orders and we provided the return shipping labels. The customer sent one of the items back with the wrong label, a pair of Nike Air Max Plus in size men's 11 . The returns process too a little longer due to the mistake, but this refund has been submitted to Klarna, the payment methos used on the order. We were able to locate the return and the refund has been fully processed, The refund of $147.00 USD was processed back to Klarna on 5/23/25, and was finalized on 5/28/25 as per PSP Reference #Q9GX3SB2ZD9RMDB9. At this time, the funds are with Klarna, so we do not owe the customer any money for this order.

There is an issue with Foot locker cancelling orders that is being paid for then in turn orders cancelled by foot locker with no explanation given when calling customer service. Spoke with Laura-membership leadership. I asked for a Supervisor not a team leader, she refused and could not provide assistance as to the actual reason my order was cancelled after the order was paid for and my account with foot locker profile information was updated with my new address and updated phone number. However I am receiving emails early this am from the same company that states I could not be verified with my same email?? Resolution Sought This make no sense this company's ethics needs to be looked into. I also want all information dissipated from their system old and new since they could not verify me.
