These people had me at first submitting paperwork of income financial assistance I did everything that they did ask me for they gave me the run around all the time that I will go and ask for them help they threatened me to complete a task and if I wouldn't I would not get help from them they made me do an application for section 8 never was processed at the end the person that assist me stated that I said to cancel my application they gave me three month housing assistant voucher motel every single day they had me on pressure threatening me stating to do whatever they felt like it at the time if not I was going to lose my night and they were not going to pay for anything they had me there doing the most until the three months came of me getting out of the assistance for motel and literally told me they can't do nothing about it when they state that during the process they will help me get housing I am not being homeless and moved to Tijuana Mexico it's been 5 years since I tried to communicate or ask for any financial help with them till now I spoke with this house in specialist call Maria vayes I told her my situation that I was fearing for my life here in Tijuana that the cartels are killing people and more if you're from the United States and I told her to help me out cuz I fear from my life and I'm in danger so I explained my situation she told me on the 28th come to the office for we could evaluate you and give you a the help. I HAVE MORE TO SAYIN THIS STATEMENT Resolution Sought I would like for them to do their work correctly if they're going to say something accomplish it and do it don't have people just wasting their time putting hopes up and then say all the government stop paying or stuff funds or come this time or I'm not working or this and that to help with housing and whatever they say they're going to help with not just promise and not do anything I would like for this office to be audited or something because they're doing fraud for the government money
