I used this company to do my PATENT application. They have taken my IDEA and now they refuse to take my calls or even communicate with me. They also previously took my IDEA and had it advertised as PATENT PENDING on their website. I would like to resolve the matters urgently. Resolution Sought I would like to PATENT my IDEA and get royalties from it. We also need to resolve the stolen IDEA.

Company Response

We've sent numerous emails to the client as well as answered countless complaints on nearly every review company online. His contract with us goes back to 2013. We recommended he not proceed on his patent because the patent attorneys did not feel that it would be patentable. We did this to protect him and save him time and money. (I issued BCA a copy of my last email correspondence with the complainant). There is no legitimacy or merit to any of his complaints. He feels that he is due upwards of 30 or more millions of dollars for a product that has never been patented, produced or marketed by anyone… including us. In fact, we do not produce or market any inventions or products at all. My last direct communication with him was nearly 5 years ago. This is after several years of attempting to educate and inform him that there was nothing malicious done to him or his invention and nobody has stolen nor is getting rich off of his idea.

Both applications done with FSBI. Canon David Moodley 1st2file 1st2invent.Invention disclosed 2013.Billy S Thornburg.Patent Pending advertised on FSBI 2014.Research of CDM is replicated on BST PATENT PENDING. Words and Phrases have been copied word for word. An abstract from both reprinted with the error"However, as more and people"this is confirmation its a copycat IDEA. Confidentiality agreement has been breeched. USPTO disciplinary board has disciplined the company and provided me with correspondence that I will use against them. USPTO has all the Patent information. FSBI is an invention sales n marketing co as per correspondence provided to the BCA Facts and Proof are on hand The company has confirmed that I am due over 30 million in dollars which is to be settled within 7 days.Patent must be also completed and royalties paid as well. If this is not complied with the matter will be investigated further and the case will go forward through the Justice system. The company denies being a licensing sales n marketing co. But have acknowledged taking my IDEA n due to feelings gave me a negative Patent. My correspondence will follow via email.

Company Final Response

There is nothing new to provide this former client from 2013 that hasn't been provided countlessly over the past many years. We have provided the service that was requested and the result was that he should not pursue patent protection at the advice of the patent practitioners who worked on his patent search. This essentially means that the client does not have a patentable invention according to the opinion of the patent practitioner. He is under no obligation to our company nor do we have any active agreement to provide any services whatsoever to him. If he disagrees with the sentiment of not patentable, he should seek another practitioner to assist him. Finally, there was never any breach of confidentiality. The former client will always be bound by our Non-Disclosure Agreement.
