We hired the company to replace the floors in my Moms house and in the living room the floor started cracking and lifting in a short time. They came back and redid that room with a better quality of material and charged her again for that room and it too is cracking and lifting. The company has stopped taking her calls and we have no other option at this time but to reach out to the BBB in hopes we will receive this portion of the money back. We need to replace this floor quickly so no one gets hurt. Resolution Sought We would like for them to reimburse my Mom $2,266 of the $4,800 she paid them so she can hire someone else to replace this floor correctly.
