I ordered a part from for back in March of 2023. I followed up twice with emails about not seeing a shipping date. I called after no replies and was told the dealership had it. Called the dealership and they had no idea what I was talking about and there was no order. Called back today almost a year later and they tell me sorry right after the last time you called we switched systems and even though you have your order, proof of your order we cannot help you. A supervisor called me back and then changed the story to "it shows you picked it up." I asked for proof of me picking it up and he stated sorry that was the old system and he can't send me a screen shot or any proof that I picked it up as it does not have a date either. I asked for a refund and they refused. I then had to call customer care as that was what I was told. They told me I had to take it up with ford accessories and they could not help with a refund. So here I am out money with proof I paid for an accessory and follow ups that I did it even ever see it shipped and now they are saying it's picked up with absolutely no proof and I am out time and money. Resolution Sought I would like them to refund my money or send me the part I ordered.
