Ford West-Herr Of Amherst complaints

I went in in March 2021 to look at a specific car we had most of the paperwork filled out on a Saturday, came to pick car up on Monday the dealership change my promised interest rate on the vehicle which was 10.1 they changed to 12.1 I asked why they said due to me having not much credit. But I'm like why would they still change the interest rate even so. Me and finance was on the phone all that morning they could of told me then. Before I picked up vehicle I made it clear b4 I even got im2 paperwork work that I can go to my credit union at 8 I called twice in March no 1 answered and I left 2 messages I also spoke to a few other people no call back. And I made it clear I was a realtor I was supposed to get a discount for being a realtor I also called that in no call back. Dealer definitely said I would get a good rate and that I don't have to go through my credit union. A lie I brought up to his attention he straight said he does not work in that department and he don't know. Left me hanging. I asked for floor mats they told me cars used and that that cannot help me but I can get it through them. I also had car issue the week or 2 of me owning the car. They had me Bring my car to the west herr Ford. To only tow my car to transit. Which made no sense if there a Ford dealership and they have no access to gm parts. They also sold me a car with miles that I had not used they posted car at a certain mileage. But did not change mileage from when they drove and the customer. Resolution Sought I like my interest rate as agreed @ 10.1 and my realtor discount added to my vehicle. As it should have been in the 1st place. They so busy locking deals in once they get ur money, seems like they gave me the cold shoulder. I read this is what they do. I will never patronize this dealership again. I gave them months to respond. So now I'm here.
