A truck ran through our home destroying it and our property inside. Our insurance company has changed high priced items on our contents list and replaced them with low cost items. 3500.00 difference also they are withholding 25 til we replace each item. Our policy does not state they will change our contents list or that they will keep 25 . They have replaced items with items I have never owned! Resolution Sought I want them to pay us. This is our insurance company that has done this to us.

Ms. Long expressed dissatisfaction with our handling of her claim. We appreciate the opportunity to review this matter and respond. Our records reflect that on Jun 17, 2021 Claims Representative Nolan Gauthier contacted Ms. Long's attorney and requested ages of the damaged items so that our estimate could be reviewed. Mr. Gauthier confirmed that Ms. Long's policy does allow for recoverable depreciation and pays for the actual cash value of the damaged contents until they have been replaced. Once the ages of the damaged contents are received, Mr. Gauthier will contact the attorney with an update. We apologize for any frustration or inconveniences Ms. Long experienced as a result of our handling.
