I moved here 11 years ago and lived in a 22 foot 1966 camper. When the new landlords took over he gave us the option to rent to own a mobile home and we did this I had to pay it off in a year and a half suddenly this year after 11 years he says I want my lot back after you help us build everything we have here told us to make it our home expand our yard so you wouldn't have to mow our lawn but now he wants us to move everything. I have not had credit and in 20 years due to a bad divorce and paid cash for everything that I have here now I had to start increasing my credit and if you live in Montana you know it's $100,000 an acre minimum which is absolutely ridiculous, but this landlord does not care he's also evicting my next door neighbor which is 74 years old has cancer dementia and doesn't know yesterday from today also evicting my neighbor that is on a fixed income due to. How can a landlord do this legally it is absolutely ridiculous. Resolution Sought Let us live here for a normal life. We have done nothing wrong and always paid our bills on time.
