I ordered products online and never received it. I went through the process of the investigation and the delivery service never provided a resolution after the 10th business day which I waited. It has now been almost a month (short 3 days) and now I have to wait another 10 business days to see if there is an outcome. This is ridiculous and not acceptable Resolution Sought Refund my money

I ordered some things as a ship to store order and they never sent it. They claim they're giving me a refund, but I doubt that will happen since they never bothered to email me in the first place after they claimed my order shipped. Order number 8136064468. Resolution Sought Ship me the products AND give me a full refund!
