My elderly mom ordered a replacement awning for my front window on March 6 2021, with a down payment of $330.00. On May 24th called business to find out when awning would be installed. Chad Foreman stated he would not charge any more for the awning as it had been a few months since it was ordered. He said he would install it over Memorial Day weekend but, he never showed up and never called either. Documented dates of calls made without any response from the business. Resolution Sought Would like my down payment back.
