Count was opened multiple payments made each month before due date June 17th statement due date July 14th 3 days after the 14th on July 17th 2025 they closed my account when I was current they stated it was for multiple over the limit charges I haven't over the limit protection of $52 each month if I go over the limit I'm charged an additional $32 for this service and I'm being penalized for this service also I had Rosalind activity on my bank checking account and debit card the bank issued me a new checking account I had to wait for the processing of this account and to receive my new debit card in order to make a payment on my credit card it's required to use a debit card I contacted the bank by email they responded that the account was overdrawn multiple times and I was late 30 days over 30 days when it was total of 33 days with no option to pay and they close the account requesting full payment of the balance of the account this is unfair credit practice I'm disabled unfair financial credit practice discrimination against the disabled unfair credit reporting and non-compliance with service offered by the company especially when you pay a fee each time you go over the service Resolution Sought I expect them to issue me a new credit card I expect them to withdraw the fees and penalties and I expect them to pay the bill that is owed and a new credit card with a zero balance and a credit limit of $500 if not I will pursue this matter with legal counsel

My credit card account was closed after too late payments when I notified that I was going to pay it in full they closed my account three days before I paid it in full when I paid it in full they did not tell me that they had closed my account and now their website is not allowing me to reopen another accountso now I regret paying the whole thing off and like I have always planned and honored my end, but they screwed me over Resolution Sought Either open me up another account or find me someone that can close Fortiva down I wanted to resume my account, but that seems to be not a possibility so I would love to have the name of the person that close my account so I can do a personal lawsuit against that asshole and the company can fire him and I can just sue that asshole since the site isn't working with me and letting me open up another account, I regret our paying the full amount like I said I was going to Fortiva needs closing down
