They towed my truck because it died and wouldn't start after 2wks of having it. The (owner called me and told me I was gonna need a fuel pump,after they did the work they called and said it was ready. 2wks of having it, same problems again so I called and they towed it. Clayton called and told me I need a new plug, When it was ready the 2nd time I asked how much am I gonna owe Clayton told me nothing. When I went to pick it up after I told the ladies up front Clayton said I didn't owe, they still charged me for towing. 1wk after getting my truck back problems again called them and after a week of not hearing back took it else where. They told me it was the brain in my truck which cost me another $950.00. And been riding about a month no problems. I called Clayton and he's not up to giving any kind of refund. I really think they stiffed me.why do I owe if they didn't fix my problem I'm lost on that. When I got my truck back from Fortners my air breather was left off my fuse box looked as it was in a wreck,and left stuff under the hood unplugged,what a disgrace. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL. Resolution Sought Refund of some type. I know they did work on it but they didn't fix what THEY TOLD ME THE PROBLEM WAS. I'D be happy with $600.00 back
