Customer Complaint

I have a signed Contract to bill an ADU 2 bedrooms 2 1/2 bathrooms. They started February 14, 2023 to be completed June 14, 2023 have been back since October 2023. . I received a letter today indicating their intent to complete my project, however, if I take any actions it will prolong them to complete. Basically, my progress payments were used elsewhere. The letter doesn't indicate what day they'll be returning. I just want my project completed its going on a year. Please assist. Resolution Sought To provide a date of completion my property is in a disarray.

We already have an established agreement through the CSLB to deliver the completed ADU by end of June 2024. With pending City Inspection of course.
