I had looked up GI specialist, and got a female doctor i was told on the virtual phone call. And she took my insurance information and made an appointment for 3/10/2025 . I went to 303 E Amy Trail Rd #304, Bloomingdale Il, When I went in I was asked for all insurance cards and my debit or credit card. I was in so much pain. I did what was asked of me. Then was seen by the female specialist there to fine out, that she is not a GI specialist with misleading conduct. Then was told I need and IV, and was forced purchase to buy products. So, after going to Rush Hospital and seen a specialist there. I was told I couldn't take those products. Before I left on 3/10/25, I asked if they could tell me what was given to me in the IV. That never happen. So, this morning I notice I was charged on my bank card 751.14. So I went to the office and now the office manger is recharging my bank again for just returning there products, I can't take. Nothing was open. I am being charged to my bank account when there is only 40 bucks in my account, which will cause a Dimond effect of other charge. They are charging me 3/17/25 $168.50, and 12.64, and 165.00 and 130.00. No services were rendered. This is fraudulent unethical behavior of the manger. I went to my bank, and was told of the unauthorized charges .Now I have to wait for these charges that is pending today to not be pending. This company is switch and bait tactics to pressure seniors to get there information to use fraudule Resolution Sought Pay every cent of their fraudulent management back to my bank account. And the other charges my bank will charge me for not having money of today of 168.50,12.64,165.00, 130.00 which they are charging me for no services render, with unethical behavior of fraudulent for returning their product back to them unopened.
