I'm living in an apartment been having problems for a long period of time. As of now I'm walking in water and no air. I have a daughter who is on a ventilator and has a Trac. We are now with no air and there's mold and mildew accumulated inside the apartment and I can't get anyone to do anything about it.. they have had several different manager property and same with the maintenance.. I called the number for after hours and was told to not to call after hours.. I can't get anyone to come out n fix anything.. I'm on section 8 and failed inspection everything. I'm about to probably be evicted and loose my voucher because of them. And not have any place to stay for my kids n I. My only problem is that I called and do my complaints but never put in writing but I do have pictures of the mold n water all over the floors. My daughter had gotten sick once before and all I get is that we are sending someone out never shows on yesterday a man come out and said there's nothing he can do because it's about to storm n he Don't work the property. The carpet people come out and said he couldn't get the water out because the flooring was title. Resolution Sought Fix there problem so I can keep my voucher so I can move n find a place for my kids and I.

I paid my rent on July 29 2022 but the property manager( Terica Scott) refuse to submit my payment. They filed an eviction notice on August 10 2022 for July's rent all because management (Terica Scott) hasn't been in the office since the last week of July and doesn't have a way to be contacted. I've been living here for over 2 years and I get an eviction notice because management didn't properly handle my payment. She's rarely in the office and there's no other employees to fill in during business hours. I'm being evicted because she failed to do her job. She doesn't have a way to be contacted, nor do the honor their hours of operation and she refused me the number to management. Resolution Sought She needs to be removed or demoted until properly trained because peoples livelihoods are at stake all because of her compliance. She extremely rude, always distracted and doesn't respect the responsibility her position holds.
