I received notification from Found.com that my account's associated phone number and email had been changed. I immediately tried to log on, but could not access my account. I made multiple, timely (within 1-2 hours) attempts to contact Found help. In the 24 or so hours before Found.com responded and "froze" my account, two (fraudulent) purchases totaling $3350.01 were made at a business in Dubai that cleaned out my Found-attached bank account of all but 57 cents. Before I could regain access to my account, Found.com required me to provide i.d. to prove my identity. I disputed both charges, but Found claimed they were legitimate purchases and dismissed my disputes. This is completely insane- I care for elderly clients with dementia in Concord, MA and have no contact with, nor interest in stores in Dubai! Piermont Bank (that partners with Found) claimed they have no access to accounts held with Found.com and that my only option was to dispute with Found.com. If (1.) It had not been so easy for someone to access and change my Found.com account without apparentlyproviding i.d. To do so, and (2) Timely help in the form of an actual human had been available to me when I needed my account frozen, perhaps the fraudulent charges against my account could have been prevented. Resolution Sought I want Found.com to take responsibility and refund my $3350.01 to me.

Yes I have been banking with found bank for my business for almost 2 years and I had my tax return dd in to my account which at first caused them to hold it momentarily and it was verified and released one min later my account is frozen and the link I was given to verify my self and my. Business wouldn't work there's absolutely no way to contact anyone they block all forms of contact and eventually I'm pushed to. Open another acccount so I can let them know that delinquent work because they won't answer anything for me. They finally sent me a new link. I verify everything says it's good to go. They still don't unlock my account. They wanna know about a transfer six months ago from my account to my cash app because I lost my card for $15 and $98. I explained to him they still wanna lock my card if it was a problem I think it should've been dealt with then and not when I get a deposit and you wanna lock my. Account after successfully verified everything and also verified my deposit wads from irs . This is the wordt most unbelievable treatment I can't get service because I don't have found plus wow then don't take on customers if you only wanna provide service to plus members Resolution Sought I need access to my funds I'll transfer them to my other scccount if you don't want me banking there but I'm losing my home and business if in don't pay my.
