Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I have been banking on this app for about 2 months and have had very little issue some frustrating moments with the web site otherwise good stuff until now on 1/25 I made a deposit of close to $3000 in checks issued to my business for jobs completed they placed a standard hold of 10 days on the checks 2 of them did not clear the other 4 did ...on the date of clearance they froze my account and will not give me access to my money every time I contact them I am given a different story by whomever answers. They are saying they are going to hold my money almost 90 days and then will issue a check this is outrageous I have bills to pay. Resolution Sought Would like them to release my funds.
