They offered pest control services for bug ie. Cockroaches. They offered a 6 month treatment service to get rid of them. Each month when they would come spray, they would only spray one maybe two rooms if I pushed them to. Several times I lifted the container they brought to find it empty. They offered to come in between appointments if we seen large amounts, we did, they would never answer or come back. We had an even worse infestation when they left, then they would not answer the phone for me and haven't since. We had to call Orkin who is now offering a less expensive service with indoor and outdoor treatment. After one visit from Orkin we have seen maybe two bugs. Resolution Sought Refund my money, and provide the actual service customers are paying for.
