I ordered a Cambridge electric fireplace from Fourseasonstrading.com . The assembly of the cabinet portion was easy and looks great. However the fireplace insert did not work. The company approved our return and authorized to send a second one which they also charged us 650 dollars for. The second fireplace insert works perfectly. However they want us to pay over 200 shipping fee to send it back. If we didn't like it I could understand them holding us responsible for return shipping costs. It is not my fault that the first fireplace did not work. It looked perfectly fine but a fireplace is worthless if it doesn't turn on. We have gone back and forth with Amazon and this company for over a month now and I am very angry and won't order anything through Amazon again unless they can fix this problem. Resolution Sought Pay to have this defective product returned and refund my money.
