On February 4th 2022 I signed a contract which four star homes in Port Orange I never received the contract they only showed my house to date 4 times in 4 months I complain to them I asked them to let me out of their contract they said no they said they'll sue me if I try to get out of it 2 weeks ago I finally got a contract only four months after I asked for it they're telling me my house will not sell because I'm pricing it too high I come down $10,000 I live in a development 55 and older and they are selling houses like crazy in my development Four Star Realty does not keep in touch with me do not call me which any information about potential buyers it's like they're going out of their way to avoid my phone calls and to sell my house please try and get me out of this contract so I can sell my house and move on with my life they have me in a contract until August within four months time they've only showed my house four times and two of those times nobody showed up Resolution Sought My desired outcome of this complaint is for the Better Business Bureau to hear my complaint and get me out of this bogus contract with this thief of a company that's making me sit here until August without doing anything about selling my house
