We went to buy a chandelier from 'Fox Chandelier'; we found a flower chandelier that we liked but all he had in stock was the floor model. We were told to pay for it and he would put a new one together for us within a few days. So we paid him the money for the lamp and called him back in a few days to check on the lamp. Finally, after about 3 weeks, he told us the lamp was ready for pick up. When we got there, he gave us the lamp and we left. When we opened the box later on at home to look at the lamp we noticed that he simply put the dirty and scratched floor model into the box thinking we wouldn't notice that it wasn't new. We went back to the store to asked him for our money back and he told us we have 3 options; he'll take it back for a 30 restocking fee (which we reminded him that it was the floor model, so he doesn't have to restock it), option 2; if we give him 3 weeks he'll have some new models coming in which he claimed we're going to like; and option 3; to take back our damaged lamp and leave. We didn't want to do anymore business with him because he cheated us. so we left. We just want or money back." Resolution Sought We'd like the business to take back our damaged lamp and refund us the $102.36 that we paid for it because it wasn't new as promised.

Hello, Iam sorry what i just heard what happened to you the employe couldn't do anything till he tells me and iam talking from the hood office in Dubai. If you want you can go back to the store and get a different chandalier in the same price and the one you have you can keep it as a gift from us to you. Thank you
