Never getting back to customers when there's a problem in a decent time! shouldn't take five days to get back to customer of the problem ?not finish the job correctly, example: are not putting in Fossett in to bathtubs, "how do you get water in a bathtub?" sending out trainees to a job site without a journeyman plumber, then gets tag for it by inspector!! Still waiting for them to fix my water tank. They are ignoring my contractor!! Resolution Sought Do the right thing get back to customers within 24 hours at least!
