I found this business on Instagram as she advertised for juvederm filler. After further research I found out she wasn't a rn, np or pa. Which in the state of Nevada you have to be. After I realized this I tried to cancel my appointment which she then said it was a Hylauron pen not a needle. I still tried to cancel my appointment and ask for a refund. She sent me a partial to zelle which I sent the full through Apple Pay. After this I got threatened multiple times when all I want is my money back. This is fraud . I have a confirmation which I can send a picture off for the deposit I sent her through Apple Pay. She advertises for lip filler which she said was Juvederm. The next time we spoke she said it was Versa. Which I did my research and is another brand. The last time we spoke she said it wasn't either and that it is a hyluron pen. We never once discussed a Pen. She's also no a rn, pa or np which is required to do injectables. She also tried to book me for Botox which is also illegal without one of those licenses. I have everything in messages and screenshots. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund sent to Apple Pay and for the threats to stop. All I did was book a appointment that was obviously falsely advertised.

Company states; This is my first notice from your company for Ms. Stargell. Ms. Stargell, agreed to the NO REFUND POLICY AND NO CALL, NO SHOW TO HER APPOINTMENT. She failed to hold up to her appointment and her deposit was forfeited as TOLD TO HER BEFORE WHEN SHE SENT THE DEPOSIT. Thank you, Foxy Med Spa

Update 7.15.24-I sent a deposit to Ms. Blanco for Juvederm which is not the service she was going to perform. She said it was a hyleronic pen. Which is not FDA approved and not discussed! Which means the refund policy is voided. As shown in the pictures I sent. You also tried to book me for Botox which is with a needle which is also why I asked for proof of licensing. There was no bribe I simply said I would drop this if I got my full refund. I also canceled a hour before because of no proof of licensing. The no refund policy does not hold up due to false advertisement. When I sent my deposit it was for Juvederm as I have shown in the screen shots I submitted. The day of, Ms. Blanco informed me she was going to use a hyleronic pen, which is needless. This was never discussed until I started asking more questions about licensing. In the state of Nevada you have to be a Rn, Np or Pa to do injectable's. Ms. Blanco couldn't provide me with any licensing. Therefore it's not legal to be doing especially out of your house. At this point I cancelled my appointment and asked for a full refund. I feel what I am asking is fair due to the false advertising and bad business practice.

I have proof of confirmation of her accepting my policy’s NON REFUNDABLE deposit agreement . IF NO CALL OR NO SHOW OR CANCEL SAME DAY . She canceled a hr before her appointment. I HAVE MY LICENSE AND I AM LEGITIMATELY DOING SERVICES. SHE DIDNT WANT TO SEND A DEPOSIT BUT WANT A APPOINTMENT, I told her no deposit no appointment IM STARTING TO BELIEVE SHE JUST WANTED MY ADDRESS , she even confirmed with me the day before . Had she canceled a DAY BEFORE SHE WOULD HAVE BEEN FULLY REFUNDED . MY POLICY SAYS “WHEN SENDING YOUR DEPOSIT YOU ARE FULLY AWARE OF MY NON REFUNDABLE POLICYS . She has no clue what she’s talking about when it comes to licensing I’ve been in business for YEARS AND THIS IS MY FIRST COMPLAINT EVER!!! She tried to BRIBE ME SAYING SHE WONT REPORT ME IF I GAVE HER MONEY BACK BUT SHE STILL AGREED TO MY TERMS WHEN SHE SENT THE MONEY ! She is in the beauty industry HERSELF SHE CLAIMS & I KNOW AS A PROFESSIONAL SHE TO HAS CANCELLATION POLICYS SO FOR HER TO COMPLAIN FOR HER LACK OF KNOWLEDGE AND JUDGEMENT IS UNREAL! She wasted product and time ! I could have have another client on her time slot but she did what any nightmare client would do AND CANCELED A HR BEFORE! SHES WRONG
