I received a set of gel acrylic nails, Friday night. It's been four days and one of my nails has already come off. I called and asked for a refund. They only offered to fix the nail but I want a refund because they didn't do the service the correct way the first time or the nail would not have come off yet, I would like my money back. They were extremely rude to me when I called and spoke with them on the phone. Resolution Sought I want them to make it right and refund the money for the set of mail that should have lasted more than four days

Company states: Dear Madam, we feel sorry about your bad experience in our salon. In Foxy Nails, we always try our best to serve clients as best as we can. In our salon, our policy is no refund money. We do services, not products that can recall. For example, clients will pay for the time and effort to service the client. We cannot recall time back. For your case, we, like all the nail salons, will offer the fix free for clients and we are happy to do that. Your nails came out in good quality. If a nail is broken, it is easy to fix that. You want us to make a right thing and we want to make a right thing also. To make it easy to understand, if you go to make massage and you say you don't like it and you want money back, who will pay for the time of massage technician? If it happens, all clients in the world can say the same thing for them not to pay the bill. It is not right for the people who do the services. Lastly, thank you for everything and have a good day. We wish you the best of luck. If you want to fix your nail free, we are happy to do that.
