I got the auto-curler on Friday 11/12/21 around 2pm, plugged it in to charge, 24 hors later still has not charged. Tried to get a hold of their customer service, no luck. Curler still charging, will not charge. Still not charged by noon Monday. Called customer service, they refused to refund money. I sent them a video of it not charging and still nothing from them Resolution Sought I want a refund. This is a lack luster product
