Customer Complaint

I got the auto-curler on Friday 11/12/21 around 2pm, plugged it in to charge, 24 hors later still has not charged. Tried to get a hold of their customer service, no luck. Curler still charging, will not charge. Still not charged by noon Monday. Called customer service, they refused to refund money. I sent them a video of it not charging and still nothing from them Resolution Sought I want a refund. This is a lack luster product

We are happy to replace any defective items once we have received necessary and request documentation. As per our policy, we do not offer refunds but will gladly replace the item if the customer actually reaches out to us.
