I needed a BLS for health care. I talked to this person over the phone. She sounded sincere so I went to Fragileheartcpr.com and paid for the course. I have called to report my new phone number and email address. She has not acknowledged it as of today. I have called her several times and leave a voice mail-I have not heard from her and as of today I have yet to get the equipment that comes with the course. Resolution Sought I want a refund of all monies sent to Fragile Heart. $85.00 plus tax
