I ordered 2 items off the website I only received one of the items. I sent emails to let them know I didn't receive one of my items. So after two days of emails I received a call from the "ceo" of the company who wanted to help fix the issue. He said id would be refunded and still get the item complimentary for the inconvenience. Never received anything. No refund nor the item. Just make sure the next consumer who orders from this online store doesn't experience the same issues that I did. Thank you! Resolution Sought Never received anything. No refund nor the item.
