I brought ladies perfume from fragrance x, the address was for delivery instead it went to 675 Empire blvd brooklyn 11213. The package was marked delivered by usps carrier, when I went to correct address to retrieve package it was never there. Reach out to initial usps carrier that normally delivers the mail had her go to 675 Empire blvd mail box and open it, too see if package was in or near mailbox. Reported a investigation with fragrance x to put in a claim because package was insured up to one hundred dollars claim was denied by carrier from usps because package was marked delivered so they say. Now fragrance has notified me by email saying that package will not be refunded or there not send out a new purchase. Resolution Sought Refund me my money or ship me another purchase item
