Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I had contacted Franca Services in April this year to have 4 windows replaced. I signed the contract May 2nd. So they where suppose to send someone to take measurements. Never happened. So I contacted them and they were suppose to send someone,,,I waited all day and the guy never showed. The next day someone came,,so according to the contract,,,they would be installed 6-8 weeks. So first it was August,,then the end of August ,,then Sept then the end of Sept,,then Oct etc,its now almost Nov,,,So I sent them a note please refund my deposit,,,I contacted the person in the office and she said the logistic guy would call today,,(Oct 29) he never called ,,I just want my 3000 dollars deposit back. Resolution Sought Refund my 3000 dollars deposit.
