I had a technician come in to talk to me about a re-pipe of my entire home I was told it would only take 2 days to complete that turned into 7 days. The holes are still in my wall this project started on 5/30/2024 it's now 6/13/2024 and my home still has open holes. Resolution Sought To have management compensate me for my lost time and the job completion asap. They just told me I threatened them by saying I'm going to the Better Business Bureau and social media.

We called Frank Gay because we always hear the commercials on the radio and we wanted to deal with a company that was able to plumbing electrical AC all around handyman company. We had a problem with our AC Saturday before Easter we called Frank Gay they charged $129 for after hours service which we gladly paid to have someone come look at our AC when the technician showed up he tested the compressor and said it was fine he noticed the breaker was tripped so he re-engaged the breaker and said it must be the capacitor so he charged us $300 for the capacitor then the breaker trip again so he said the breaker was bad so he charged us $400 for the breaker we paid for that and then 20 minutes later he come back to tell us that the compressor was bad and that it would be between 4000 and $8,000. What did we just pay $850 for two pieces that no one even knows if they were bad. I feel that we were taking advantage of because we don't know how an AC system works because if we did we would have fixed it ourselves. The breaker that was replaced was taken out of my garage went to his van he said he had one brought back to my garage put back in the breaker box and looks identical to the rest of the breakers and even has the same dust markings. So I'm pretty sure we paid $400 for a walk to his van and back. Resolution Sought Full refund.
