I have been charged $68 a month for Ultra high-speed modem service for a residence from Frankfort plant board consistently for the last 10 months and consistently I do not get the internet speeds from them that I pay for I would like to be refunded for all of the charges that I have been susceptible to while they fraudulently charge me for internet speed they cannot guarantee or provide at my residence Resolution Sought I would like to be refunded for the fraudulent charges of 100 Mbps internet speed guaranteed which was not delivered to me at my residence I have contacted technical support residence has been addressed by their technicians things have been repaired on the property and still I am only getting 69.9 Mbps connection speed download and 57 2.6 kbps connection speed upload that being said I am being charged for the ultra high-speed package of 100 Mbps which Frankfort plant board has failed to do
