We (my wife and I) purchased a truck and I was in a desperate need because I had just recently wrecked mine at no fault of my own. However, I saw a truck online that I wanted, completed the online app, and called for an appointment. When I had gotten to Franklin, they had a truck waiting for me. They told me that this truck was all that the banks would approve. It was odd, I didn't have poor credit, average, and the other trucks that I liked was less and a few a bit higher. So, we tried it out and said we will take it and make the best of it. I fixed it up like a sporty truck. I began noticing the oil would run low. I called twice and had spoken with the guy who sold it to me, he stated, it shouldn't be anything and would resolve. Well, it kept happening, although I kept the oil changed and the truck maintained. Unfortunately, in Oct. 2021 smoke came and my engine locked. I made contact with this company and oddly, the whole staff is no longer there, at first they couldn't find the vin #. I sent letters and reached out to their corp office in GA, yet no answer. I felt that I was stuck in a form of lemon truck. I purchased a motor but am awaiting repair. I am simply asking for them to install my motor and some inconvenience fee. Resolution Sought For them to install my motor and some inconvenience fees.
