They had my car for over 5 weeks now and refuse to fix it . they keep saying the tcm transmission control module is on back order and refuse to give me a loaner car until such part is fixed or replaced Resolution Sought Fix my car or give me a loaner until such part is replaced and or fixed..

Company states: Ford Motor Company came up with a duel clutch and they made the transmission for 4-5 years. They were wonderful on gas mileage, but there have been problems from the get go. After so many miles, the transmission fails. The manufacturer does not have a part at this time that will fix the issue. Any Ford/Lincoln dealer in the country will not be able to repair the issue. The part is on National Backorder and unfortunately, the issue is out of our hands. We do not have enough loaner vehicles, and many of our loaner vehicles have the same issue as this customner's. And, we don't know when the issue will resolve itself. The best thing for the customer to do at this point is to contact his lender for a possible resolution.
