I got an email for an event at Franklin sussex auto mall on Thursday. It said in the email 0 financing. I went to the dealership on Thursday. The lady in the front asked me if I was there for the event. I showed her the email and told her that I wanted to trade in my 2015 durango for a newer one. She said ok, and there was also another event that I could get more money for my trade in. Which ever one worked best for me. As I was waiting I saw the new jeeps. I didn't realize that the new jeeps have the 3rd row. The sales lady(emily) came to help me and I told her that I might be interested in the new jeeps instead of a newer durango. She said ok let's go look at the new jeeps. I found one that I loved and she said that she will see what she can do. (Now I've been there for about an hour and half/ at this point) Emily wanted to see what they will give me for my trade. Nina came over(who I know for previous cars I bought there) and we decided to take it for a test drive while they look at my truck. We come back and Nina has the monthly payments for lease and buy. I asked if this was woth the 0 financing and she looked at me and said no. I pulled up the email and showed her. She said that's only for select models. I told her that it doesn't state that in the email. She looked at it and read and had Emily do the same and they both said no it doesn't but it is only on select models. They asked me to forward the email which I did. Needless to say I walked out and didn't get the 0 Resolution Sought Give me the 0 that's why I went there. Seems like Bait and hook to me.
