Waiting on follow up on repair job from basement drainage repair, first appointment 10/19/2021, the day contract was signed and deposit given. Work done on 11/26/2021 - improper installation of drainage system, crack in basement floor, huge holes created in drywall. Follow up on 12/7/2021, they promise to get back to me with resolution / repair issues...4 calls to date, each one with a promise of someone calling back...no response.... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! Resolution Sought Repair issue, install system correct...
