We agreed on $800 deposit of grinding 13 tree stumps. Frank asked for a deadline of when I wanted it done. I gave him a 2 week deadline and told him that if he could not complete what we agreed on then do not do anything and to have my refund at the end of the day. He damaged my property I'm the process and he did not complete agreement leaving 4 stumps incomplete. Resolution Sought Refund money owed to me as per contract that was agreed upon by both parties.
