After seeing the junks that need to haul, Oscar estimate it for $400.00. I told Oscar that it was too high. After two hours Oscar told me that he can do it for $250.00 which I said okay. He hauled once on July 1 and once on July 2 . Oscar asked my sister for the $250.00. my sister gave Oscar the said amount with the impression that he will finish the job. Oscar told my sister for additional $150 to haul the remaining items which my sister agreed. The next day July 3 , I went to my sister place and hoping that Oscar will be there. Oscar told my sister he will be there at 10:00 a.m. After numerous calling him, he finally showed up around 1:30 p.m. Oscar told me that he will only haul what he will take. I responded to him that he needs to finish the job as per aggreament. Oscar got upset and left without hauling anything. Resolution Sought Refund since he didn't finished the job as per aggreament. If he told my sister that he will be there on such time he should show up or at least give me a call or my sister if he can not make. From 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.is a long wait not knowing if he will show up or not.
