I brought my car to the dealership to fix a check engine light they told me that it was all good and test drove the vehicle. Once I left the engine light came back on and had the same issue within less than a mile of me leaving the establishment. I took it back there they said they fixed it again and test drove it, after I left within 2 miles the same issue was happening even after they told me I wouldn't have the issue anymore and it was fixed. Resolution Sought Refund for my service.

At the beginning of the year, I took my 2014 Kia Optima Hybrid to Fred Beans of Mechanicsburg because my car was making a weird noise when I would step on the break coming to a stop. $400 - $500 later, my car is still making the same noise. After bringing it back to find out it's on a recall list. After the engine was replaced, the noise continued. After bringing it in again, I was told the Hybrid Drive Motor Generator needed to be replaced. The part cost $ 1600.00 which must be paid up front, and there are no refunds, and they didn't know when the part would arrive. Now belts and the hybrid battery need to be replaced. Totaling $6600.00. Resolution Sought I want a reliable vehicle (new or used), because I was sold a broken car to begin with that turned into a money pit, and Kia wants to keep nickel and diming me to death with no resolutions or suggestions.

Good afternoon. We originally recommended a smaller repair which was declined on 03/18/22 which would have prevented this large repair. Currently his vehicle is undrivable and sitting our lot. I had already worked out a mutual resolution with Mr. Lomax and he promises on Oct 14th to pay for current owed money then we have a plan to move forward to assist him with repairing his vehicle.
