Treated rudely when making a delivery!

I own and operate a small trucking company, I was making a delivery for Fred Meyers. My complain is against one particular security employee at the booth. She ask me a question and I tried to answer by matching the information on the paperwork I gave her with the paperwork I had. She just flipped on me I guess because I took my paperwork from the counter to match with the paperwork in my hands. She yelled at me and threw my paperwork at me and the ID pass slim shut the window on me. I was so shocked I didn't understand why I was being treated like a slave. And just so you know I am a colored person. I hope this wasn't a racial thing but it sure felt like it. I am so confused about the situation and don't understand why it even turn out this way. It took me a week to deliver this stuff from Kentucky to Oregon and I got treated like a slave in the end. I don't know what you guys can help me with but because I'm so shocked of the situation I was hoping you can get an answer from this person or the company. They have bad reviews, so I figured if I complain to them no one will hear me. This is why I'm contacting you. I'm not asking for much. all I want is to understand why that person treated me with so much disrespect and anger at a place of business.
