I placed an order for a shear set of 7 dog grooming shears on August 19, 2023. I ordered this particular set because the website says "ALL CUSTOM MADE SETS GUARANTEED TO SHIP IN TWO WEEKS". After two weeks when the order had not shipped I emailed the company on 9/2/23 and asked for status updates. I didn't get a response from the company for two days. And when I did get a response I was given a story about someone having a sick child so they were behind on orders. I let it go because kids get sick and stuff happens. But then they told me my order would ship that same day and to watch my email for tracking. My order did not ship. I gave them an extra few days just in case they were still behind and I emailed them again on 9/12/23. I asked them when my order was going to be shipped and let them know someone else at the company had told me they would have shipped several days earlier. Nobody responded to that email, but within 15 minutes of me sending the email I got a shipment notification. I have checked every day since then to see where the order is and when it is coming. USPS has not received my order from the company but the tracking number has been active for 14 days waiting. I have tried to be patient and lenient with this company but upon further research into the company this is a reoccurring problem. I feel as l though the company has taken advantage of me and stolen my money at this point. Resolution Sought Either send me my product that I paid for immediately or give me my money back.
