I purchased my jeep new in 2014 and since that time I've had numerous issues and thankfully I purchased an extended warranty. I took my jeep in Aug 26, 2022 and my jeep was barely running, it ended up being a cylinder 5 misfire and the dealership had my jeep 5 or 6 days but was going to have it longer until I voiced my concern to the service manager. They don't offer a loan a car so this is an issue for me. My check engine light came back on yesterday and I'm having the same issue again. My engine light is on again and my jeep is idling. I need to bring my jeep back in for service but I can't afford to be without a vehicle a week. Can someone contact me and discuss how we can get me a loan a car. I'd like to speak to the service Manager Harvis Graham. Resolution Sought Service my vehicle and provide a loan a car.
