Freedom Drains came to install a water softner unit which they did and I paid them. But they didn't install the drainage pipe correctly, instead they just installed a hose and let the water out to the shower which is next to the unit. I called them to let them know and I requested for a supervisor to come and look and to fix it. Had the appointment for today 10/13/23 at 1-130 pm did not bother to call that they were busy or couldn't make it nor to reschedule! Resolution Sought To fix it correctly.
