On 2-27-2024 salesperson, Wesley Wong , hade us apply for a loan from Solar Mosaic, LLC. I initiated a cancellation to the application on 3-4-24 and Mosaic acknowledged my request to cancel. On 3-5 I sent Angelo Armin, Project Specialist, an email notifying him of the cancellation and telling him to stop any processing of the project. On 3-21 I spoke with Angelo and he said that the entire amount of $10,848 would be returned to Mosaic within 30 days. On 4-3 Angelo emailed me "I will check in with the account management team to contact Mosaic to cancel your loan," Resolution Sought I want Freedom Forever to return the $10,848.00 to Solar Mosaic, LLC.

It's the claim for Solar Project which they delayed. the dealer was Sunder Energy (Pedro Jose Ph 956-340-6863, email pedrokinlaw@solarpros.io has refused to help further and instruction us to file a claim for delay as its 8 months now on Freedom Forever Ph 800-685-1850 email customersupport@freedomforever.com. Then the Solar project was financed by Mosaic to whom i forced to pay Loan $45,000 Plus Interest like $3300 Approximately though i have not provided any services. so, the dealer Mr. Pedro advised on text to file a claim for amount and the delay of the project, but none is listening and taking any initiative. As per advise of Pedro i went to city as he told me City has not given appointment for inspection. The city scheduled next day appointment but instructed the contractor and map designs and permit. then i approached to Freedom forever and they replied i cannot approach city directly, it is them who will contact and i got mad as it is 8 months nothing being done. so, i want justice and file a claim on them or if necessary i will move to the court. Resolution Sought I want to be refunded the excess i paid to Mosaic to be reimbursed and the connections to be installed immediately.
