They have taken money to complete solar installation, it has been 4 months and they have done nothing. They took $31,000 and have done no work. Resolution Sought Complete the work

We had freedom forever install the panels . After install it took another month and still not on, they came back and removed half of them saying the city or county made them. They said they where to heavy , " bull" we still haven't saved any thing. They lead me to believe the government had some type of incentive for energy savings. So they bill us a couple hundred a month and our electric bill has reduced very little. Then we had a roof put put , and they had to remove the panels and that is another story. That involves another company and it hs a bad ending too! I am ready for them to come and take them back. Give me a call to discuss this more . Thank you Resolution Sought Refund and come and take them back. Also I don't won't anyone else to go thru what we have
