I ordered my third pair on November 28th, 2024, it is now January 29th, 2025 and I have not received them. I have called them dozens of times and left several massages, no one answers the phone. I have sent several emails to their customer service and they have not replied to any of them. My order shows "Paid Unfulfilled." Their return page on their website has been "disabled." I placed two orders for swim trunks. I planned to have at least one of these orders received for my vacation on July 22nd. First order placed on April 23 and the second ordered on June 10th. My account was charged $64.50 on April 22 for the first order and $34.50 June 12 for the second order. First contact with them was on May 19th regarding the first order. Freedom Industries assured me the first order would ship within 10 days. This did not happen. They sent me a $20.00 credit for future purchase which I used towards a second order. After placing the second order on June 10th, I again waited for my items to ship. On June 25th I sent another communication directly to the merchant to inquire why neither of my orders have shipped. With no reply, I posted a warning to others on their social media site regarding my experience on June 27th. Both orders now show as shipped as of June 28 following my post on social media on the shop app but still no further communication from the store. As of today, July 12, The first order has no tracking information and the second order does show a tracking label. The second order however, also indicates USPS has a label but is "waiting on item"!!! For weeks now it has been waiting on the item. This means there is no item. I have again attempted to contact the merchant but do not get any reply. Resolution Sought Refund me and stop advertising product they apparently don't have in stock to ship to customers.
