Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Coming on board with Freedom Mobility they were very friendly Stephanie promise me that if I ever had any problems with my chair I would be giving a loaner chair until my chair could be fixed Mike Miller brought me a chair approximately a year ago a couple of days and he had to come back and put the arm back on my chair the controller on and also the starting start button came off I had to take that back on because he refused to come back out rolling around on a year he's Auto Parts to get my chair up to date but in the meantime the controller arm came off and he's refusing to come and put it back on I'm not able to adjust the chair to go up or down are the speed because everything stuck I'm partially in the air because it won't go back down he says he's not coming back out until the parts come in to do my chair annually this is a Medicaid chair and Medicaid pays for me to have a working chair everyday. Resolution Sought I would like for him to come out and do his job or send me to another company so they can do the job for me.
