Last year 11/2023, I received a letter in the mail regarding my Escrow account disclosure statement for the upcoming 2024 year. I paid a shortage amount in full for the 2024 year. Just received another letter in the mail 03/2024 that I owe another shortage amount for the same year I already paid! I have called several times to sort it out, they will transfer my phone call again and again. They have promised to have specialist call me back and they never do. I have called several times to speak with specialist and they are never available! Resolution Sought I want them to prorate me or figure out something regarding payment because I can not afford another increase in monthly mortgage payment!

My mortgage company told me that my regular payments payments of 1,494 will go up to 1,647 because I own them Escrow of 2,300 so they put it in my mortgage payments and tell I pay it off my last pay post to be in July of this year. And I pay my late free each time I'm late but when I call to make a payment saying I'm not making all my late fees witch not true and i believe they over charging me each time I make a late payment its always $200 for being late. www.freedommortgage.com. Resolution Sought I would like my regular payments from freedom mortgage to start back in July just says they told me to 1,494 once I pay off my escrow amount of 2,300 and if they own me any money back for over charging me in late fees I would like be reimburse by a check.
