In July of 2025 they tried to tell me the one in the beginning of my account number was missing when I made the payment. Every time I make a payment on the automatic system I simply verify the last four digits of my account. In July I made the payment and they gave me a confirmation number. In August I was informed that when I was making the payment that I owed double of what I usually pay. Spent endless hours on the phone trying to figure out what happened and they simply told me it was a glitch in their system but when I called to ask for a letter explaining this and to clear everything so it wouldn't affect my credit score they would not do it. Resolution Sought I want them to send me a letter informing me that it was an issue on their end as it was they explained to me I had one digit missing in my account I simply verify the last four digits they said the one was missing from the beginning of my account number. I want my credit score to be fixed because was an issue on their end

Freedom mortgage took 2 payments out of my bank account and caused me numerous nsf now I'm having to take a loan out to pay my bills because of all the nsf charges Resolution Sought My payment back of $851.62 and $300 worth of nsf charges
