Michelle Knopp, done my daughters taxes. We have tried to contact her numerous amounts of time. She won't return phone calls, text messages or email. My daughter hasn't gotten her tax return, I had this problem last year, she won't return and calls or any for of communication. Resolution Sought We would like for her to return her phone call.and help her resolve this problem with her taxes.
