Our compnay hired Freeman, Miller, and Gibson aka Nicky Lee Foster to collect a due sum from an account of ours. The past due account agreed to pay us plus the 25 fee assoicated with the collection - the total was $314.99. The past due the payment to Nicky Lee Foster at Freeman, Miller, and Gibson -after several weeks of being told by Nicky the check was lost in the mail, it comes out that Freeman, Miller, and Gibson and Nicky Lee Foster did receive the $314.99 from the past due account and are not planning on paying any of the settlement to our company citing they need to "get paid". We did engage a licensed and honest collections agent to pursue Freeman, Miller, and Gibson. We have not received payment yet. Resolution Sought Pay us the $315 they collected on our behalf
